Designthinking

We are entering an era where #customercentric services bring more growth and success to your business.
In today’s world, design thinking is the most popular concept in the industry. Some of the world’s leading brands, such as Apple and Google, use the design thinking methodology.

Design Thinking #focuses on the #customers‘ needs, and so is the most popular methodology. This method helps enhance the customer #experience and customer #satisfaction, resulting in business growth.

Our team at ArrayPointer, uses Design Thinking to solve customers’ problems and grow their #business. Design Thinking is the most reliable method that applies in any business to satisfy the customer and below is how our software commandos use #designthinking in the business.

#Empathize: This is the first step where we get to know our customers. We enter into the customer or the user’s shoes and try to understand what are the actual needs and problems related to services or products. We try to understand every need to satisfy users.
#Define: In this step, we have some essential data from users or customers. At this step, we take only relevant information and understand the actual problem, pain points, or the customers’ needs.
#Ideate: In this step, we perform brainstorming. Design Thinking is a group activity and brainstorming is an excellent strategy to get different viewpoints and different solutions. In this process, relevant stakeholders participate and share their opinions or ideas. Thereafter, we select the most relevant and best ideas from all.
#Prototype: This is the experimental step in which teamwork on the idea or solution is identified and creates an inexpensive and low fidelity version of the solution.
#Test: In this step, we show the prototype to the user and seek feedback on whether it solves their problems. Subsequently, we make enhancements based on the received feedback.
